We had a wonderful stay at Hotel El Encanto. The room was great with a balcony and a beautiful sea view. The beach just across the road was perfect, and there was another, bigger beach just a short walk away. The friendly people on the island often offered us a lift when we were walking. Barry, the helpful staff member, went out of his way to ensure we had a good stay. The breakfast was nice and the lady serving it was lovely. The hotel is conveniently located near a supermarket and several restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay on Providencia Island.

We spent our Christmas holidays in a lovely hotel in Providencia Island and we were impressed with the helpful staff, who offered us valuable information and organized tours for us to enjoy the island. the convenient location of the hotel was amazing, as there were restaurants and shops nearby. We also enjoyed the amazing view of the sea from our room and the clean and comfortable facilities.

Although we had a great experience overall, we were a bit disappointed with the lack of variety in the breakfast, as it seemed to be the same every day. we found that the Wi-Fi connection was weak in some areas of the hotel, which made it difficult to use our devices.
